Completion of a Training Course in Customer Service and Persuasion Methodology

Elite Management Training Institute, the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in Customer Service and Persuasion Methodology in its head office in Abu Dhabi under the auspices of ILM.

Elite Management Training Institute chose to conduct this course due to the urgent need for this kind of courses in the labor market owing to its great importance for all areas of business, out of the Institute’s pursuit to supply companies with the latest theories developed by experts in this field and its awareness of the customers’ rapidly changing needs and desires and its tendency to keep pace with and satisfy them to the fullest extent possible in an era where customer satisfaction has become not only a goal but rather a way of expansion and stretch.

The three-day training course began on the fifteenth of July 2014 and was conducted at a rate of two hours a day. It covered many subthemes, namely “application of good knowledge in customer service, exploration of customer needs and desires, learning about the time of intermittent bargaining while dealing with customers, and how to fully satisfy them, as well as other attractive themes which are extremely important to any person the work of whom involves direct contact and dealing with customers.

The course was conducted at the Institute’s seat located at Mina Street, Abu Dhabi under the leadership of Miss. Wafa Mousa, Academic Director of the Institute, who is holding a Master’s degree with Honors in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Business Administration from ALHOSN University. Miss. Wafa Moussa is also a certified nurse with more than ten years of experience in marketing and business development and management, and is one of the founders of Elite Management Training Institute, besides her being its Academic Director and the Director General of Elite Legal Translation Services.

The trainees receive at the end of the course a completion certificate that is certified by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes.

Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI) was established by Elite Legal Translation Services, incorporated in 2008, as its training wing to provide training courses in the fields of business & management, translation, languages (IELTS & TOFEL Testing) and HSE. Since its inception, EMTI management team have been keen on researching and specifying the general needs of the market towards achieving what they aspire to; listening to the market needs to tailor their satisfaction plans towards achieving individual and corporate development. EMTI is in partnership with Elite Legal Translation Services, International HSE Council, Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), IDP-Australia Amideast & Medic First Aid.
