Completion of a Training Course in Customer Service and Persuasion Methodology
Elite Management Training Institute, the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in Customer Service and Persuasion Methodology in Two Fold United Electrical and Mechanical Contracting Premises.
Elite Management Training Institute chose to conduct this course due to the urgent need for this kind of courses in the labor market owing to its great importance for all areas of business, out of the Institute’s pursuit to supply companies with the latest theories developed by experts in this field and its awareness of the customers’ rapidly changing needs and desires and its tendency to keep pace with and satisfy them to the fullest extent possible in an era where customer satisfaction has become not only a goal but rather a way of expansion and stretch.
The training course lasted for two days on 24-25 of February 2015 and was conducted at a rate of six hours a day. It covered many subthemes, namely “application of good knowledge in customer service, exploration of customer needs and desires, learning about the time of intermittent bargaining while dealing with customers, and how to fully satisfy them, as well as other attractive themes which are extremely important to any person the work of whom involves direct contact and dealing with customers.
The course was led and given by Mr. Bassam Al Faqeeh, Consultant in Health, Safety and the Environment and in Leadership and Management who enjoys an experience of more than 15 years in several work areas including but not limited to leadership, management, and business development skills, business negotiations, and communication skills. Mr. Bassam holds a combined degree in advertising and marketing, with distinction, from the University of Notre Dame, and speaks Arabic and English fluently.
The trainees receive at the end of the course a completion certificate that is certified by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes.
