EMTI advances in a steady pace and a unique firmness in providing every new and useful training approach
Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI), the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently organized and concluded a training course in Leadership & Management Skills in its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in collaboration with the British institute, “Institute of Leadership and Management” (ILM).

This is clearly seen across all steps undertaken by EMTI that enjoys a young enthusiastic management and excellent staff, to say nothing of the knowledge and science its management has always observed and taken into consideration in every action taken in this direction.
The course lasted for four days and was given at a teaching speed of 3 hours a day in which the trainers tackled the latest leadership and management techniques based on scientific studies, relying on its modern resources and armed with its trainers’ experience, excellent services, and quality presentation EMTI has provided since the first day of its foundation.
The training course tackled several topics that ranged from the discussion of leadership and management skills, the essence of self-management in a professional way, and review of the leadership and management fundamentals and techniques across the development of the main six management skills, to the methods of staff development and dealing with difficult and critical issues, especially those facing managers in their daily course of work.
The training course was conducted at EMTI’s headquarters in Mina Road, Abu Dhabi under the supervision of Ms. Wafa Mousa, Academic Director of EMTI, who is holding a Master’s degree in General Management with Honors and the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Hosn University. Ms. Mousa is also a Registered Nurse with more than ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development & Management and is one of the founders of the Elite Management Training Institute and General Manager of Elite Legal Translation Services.
The trainees receive at the end of the course a completion certificate certified by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes.
