EMTI reemphasizes its coverage of all training courses in all vital areas
Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI), the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in the skills and responsibilities of firefighters in its head office located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The course was conducted over one day on 28th May 2015 at a teaching speed of 6 hours a day in which several topics were discussed and deemed to be able to develop firefighters’ skills in dealing with fire and extinguishing it quickly and efficiently to avoid potential losses in property and lives.
The training course tackled several subjects ranging from fire safety, development of awareness of fire hazards, how to extinguish fire, inspection operations for fire prevention, and the tasks of firefighters, in addition to a video presentation relating to fire prevention techniques and equipment.
The training course was piloted by Mr. Thomas Fernandez, a bilingual well qualified instructor with more than 15 years of experience in the field of oil and gas who holds NEBOSH International General Certificate and two IOSH certificates in Occupational Safety, Management Safety, Health & Safety in Workplace (Levels 1, 2, and 3) as well as entering narrow places, basic and advanced first aid for children, and work at high altitudes.
