Elite Management Training Institute, the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in HR Management Skills in Two Fold United Electrical and Mechanical Contracting Premises in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the British institute “Institute of Leadership and Management” (ILM).

EMTI has undoubtedly proven its firm resolution to provide the best, the most effective, and market demanded training courses to its trainees who put their trust in this trustworthy institute through accommodating all areas of training the last of which was the training course in leadership and management skills conducted by EMTI in the Company’s Premises Abu Dhabi.

The training course was attended by a number  of employees of the company and was given over two days, from 16-17 June 2015, at a teaching rate of 6 hours a day during which EMTI outlined the most important findings of scientific studies in leadership and management styles, aided by modern resources and armed with the extensive experience of its trainers, the excellent services, and quality approach it has been providing since the first day of its institution.

The training course tackled many subjects that varied from HRM Roles and Responsibilities, Challenges in the Twenty-First Century, The planning Process with some Exercises, Writing Job Descriptions & Person Specifications, Skills of Communication, Asking Questions, Active Listening, Behavioral Styles, The Interview & Selection Process, Theories on Motivation, Preparation for an Appraisal and follow-up, Training & Development and how to set a Climate for People Development.

The course was led by Mr. Bassam Al Faqeeh, Management and Business Advisor, who enjoys an experience of more than 15 years in several work areas including but not limited to leadership, management, and business development skills, business negotiations, and communication skills. Mr. Bassam holds a combined degree in advertising and marketing, with distinction, from the University of Notre Dame, and speaks Arabic and English fluently.
