Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI), the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded an assertiveness training for women in business in Sofitel Hotel
EMTI has proven, beyond any doubt, its firm resolution to provide the best, the most effective, and market demanded training courses to its trainees who have put their trust in this trustworthy institute through accommodating all areas of training not the least of which was the assertiveness training for women in business conducted at Sofitel Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
The course lasted for one day, namely the 13th of August 2015, and was given at a teaching volume of 6 hours a day in which several topics concerning women and their important role in the community and business, alike, were discussed.
The training course focused on several topics that ranged from behavioral patterns, body language, and first impression to oral communication, in addition to the assertion and assertiveness techniques and how to select various ways to deal with difficult situations
The training course was run by Mrs. Maha Al Jaber, Human Resources Expert and Language Consultant, who has more than 15 years of experience across many companies ranging from management, development, languages, human resources’ skills, and performance management. Mrs. Maha Al Jaber holds a bachelor degree in Business and Administration in addition to many awards she received in Abu Dhabi such as Tawteen in return for development of awareness about the process of Emiratization known as “Tawteen” and the Tawteen Award from the Department of Tourism and Commerce in Dubai, to name a few.
