Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI), the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in “Project Management Skills” at its seat located in Abu Dhabi.

The course lasted for 3 days from the 13th to the 15th of September 2015 and was given at a teaching volume of 6 hours a day in which the course instructor has tackled several topics in this field including but not limited to the definitions of project management and projects compared to operations, the management of project problems, applications of project management, planning of resources, project control, and reporting to the project management, project auditing, and determination of the stakeholders, to name a few.
The course was led by Maha El-Gayar is a Senior Human Resource Expert & Languages Consultant with over 15 years of extensive experience in the different entity. She has been involved with several facets of management, training and development and Languages in a wide range of areas such as HR Management Skills, Interviewing Skills, Engagement and Commitment, Performance Management, Principles Management, General English, Business English, IELTS, TESOL and many more. Ms. Maha holds a Bachelor Degree in Business & Management. Moreover, she obtain a various awards like Tawteen Abu Dhabi for Localization Awareness, Dubai Tourism Commercial Department for Localization, Six Continents Certification Award and Great Performer Award of Export in Egypt from Netherlands.
The trainees receive at the end of the course a completion certificate certified by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes and recognized by the British institute “Institute of Leadership and Management” (ILM).
