Offshore Marine & Workboats Middle East 2015 sheds light on the various activities of the maritime sector in the Arabian Gulf, particularly the maritime operations, the operation and supply boats, and the coming and future opportunities provided by this sector.
Many officials of government authorities and private companies operating in the maritime sector participate in the Offshore Marine & Workboats Middle East 2015, where they will talk during the opening session about the mechanism of determination and evaluation of the maritime industry in the Gulf region, particularly the relationship between the decrease of oil prices and its impact on oil exploration and production process, as well as on the cost of projects.
Seatrade Offshore Marine & Workboats has yielded, in its 2013 session, deals valued at 850 million dollars and attracted more than 5000 participants from 54 countries and 211 showcasing companies, with an increase by 46 percent over the 2011 results. More than 165 showcasing companies have so far participated in the 2015 exhibition and are distributed over an area of 4680 square meters 1.
EMTI has attended this forum by a senior delegation, headed by Mr. Walid Moussa, Academic Advisor at EMTI, and some of EMTI’s staff with a view to learning about the latest developments in this area.
