Elite Management Training Institute, the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in Leadership Effectiveness For Managers at One to One Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

The training course was given over five days, from 18 to 22 of October 2015, at a teaching rate of 6 hours a day during which EMTI outlined the most important findings of scientific studies in leadership and management styles, aided by modern resources and armed with the extensive experience of its trainers, the excellent services, and quality approach it has been providing since the first day of its institution.

The training course tackled many subjects that varied from definition of leadership, knowing yourself, leadership traits and skills, managerial leadership, recruitment, selection & retention, effective communication, performance management, introduction to project management, problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution, negotiation strategies, building effective networks and many more.

The training course was under the supervision of Ms. Wafa Mousa, Academic Director of EMTI, who is holding a Master’s degree in General Management with Honors and the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Hosn University. Ms. Mousa is also a Registered Nurse with more than ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development & Management and is one of the founders of the Elite Management Training Institute and General Manager of Elite Legal Translation Services.

The training course was conducted at EMTI’s headquarters in Mina Road, Abu Dhabi under the supervision of Ms. Wafa Mousa, Academic Director of EMTI, who is holding a Master’s degree in General Management with Honors and the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Hosn University. Ms. Mousa is also a Registered Nurse with more than ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development & Management and is one of the founders of the Elite Management Training Institute and General Manager of Elite Legal Translation Services.

The trainees receive at the end of the course a completion certificate certified by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes.
