EMTI stresses its keenness to keep pace with each and every new approach and development in all areas
Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI), the Abu Dhabi based leading education institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently participated in a seminar entitled “Strategy Governance” for companies at Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.
Under the patronage of Abu Dhabi Center for Corporate Governance, one of the organs of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a seminar on “Strategy Governance” for companies will be held on 28th October, 2015 in the Chamber’s Hall from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and address a number of important topics, chiefly a detailed presentation of all the elements of such strategy (objectives, performance indicators, and initiatives), how a frame of strategy governance is set out in terms of setting responsibilities and accountability in the process of implementation, control, preparation of reports on corporate strategy and how to set out administrative and tables for performance reports that would ensure implementation, control, review, and regular updating of strategies, in addition to the best practices adopted to determine the mechanism necessary for building up the tools that would facilitate the processes of reporting, review, and strategic performance analysis.
The Institute has participated by a senior delegation led by Mr. Walid Musa, Academic Advisor of Elite Management Institute, accompanied by some of the Institute’s personnel to attend a lecture by Dr. Mohamed Adawi who is a Chartered Accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over Sixteen years as Financial Controller & Strategy Expert with leading oil companies in the UK & UAE.
Dr. Adawi received his doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Maastricht School of Management in 2011.1
