EMTI concludes the training course in an atmosphere of satisfaction and benefit.
Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI), the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in administrative and secretarial skills sponsored by ILM at the headquarters of EMTI located in Abu Dhabi, Al Mina Road from the 16th to 19th of November, 2015.
EMTI has chosen to conduct this course owing to the urgent need for this kind of courses in the labor market, considering the great importance it has in all areas of business, in pursuit of providing companies with the latest theories devised by experts in this area, as we are aware that the clients’ needs and desires are changing rapidly and because EMTI tends and is committed to keep up with any changes to the fullest possible extent in an era in which customer satisfaction is no more just a goal but rather goes beyond that limit to become a tool of expansion and spread, too.
The training course lasted for four days and was given at a teaching volume of three hours a day. The subjects of this course included several sub-themes aimed at acquainting administrators with administrative work and the importance of their jobs, duties, and responsibilities, office health and safety, how to deal with paperwork and communicate with the personnel, body language, intonation, improvement of written correspondence, organization of priorities, office code of conduct and its general principles, how to effectively deal with managers and use technology, and anger management, to name a few.
The training course was conducted at EMTI’s headquarters in Mina Road, Abu Dhabi and led by Ms. Wafa Mousa, Academic Director of EMTI who holds the Master of Public Administration with Honors and the Bachelor of Business Administration from Al Hosn University. Ms. Mousa is also a Registered Nurse with more than ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development & Management and is one of the founders of the EMTI and General Manager of Elite Legal Translation Services.
The trainees receive at the end of the course a completion certificate certified by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes.
