EMTI concludes the training course in an atmosphere of satisfaction and benefit.
Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI), the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in interviewing skills at its headquarters located in Al Mina Road, Abu Dhabi from 11th to 12th January, 2016.
EMTI has chosen to conduct this course owing to the urgent need for this kind of courses in the labor market, considering the great importance it has in all areas of business, in pursuit of providing companies with the latest theories devised by experts in this area, as we are aware that the clients’ needs and desires are changing rapidly and because EMTI tends and is committed to keep up with any changes to the fullest possible extent in an era in which customer satisfaction is no more just a goal but rather goes beyond that limit to become a tool of expansion and spread, too.
The training course lasted for two days and was given at a teaching volume of two hours a day. The subjects of this course included several sub-themes, namely the recruitment process and the steps that would lead to its success, introduction of the capabilities and roles, candidates’ testing and preparation for the interview, understanding body language, attentive listening, procedures undertaken before and after the interview, and assessment center, with many educational video tapes, role play, and case study, to name a few.
The training course was conducted at EMTI’s headquarters in Mina Road, Abu Dhabi and led by Ms. Wafa Mousa who holds the Master of Public Administration with Honors and the Bachelor of Business Administration from Al Hosn University. Ms. Mousa is also a Registered Nurse with more than ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development & Management and is one of the founders of the EMTI and General Manager of Elite Legal Translation Services.
The trainees receive at the end of the course a completion certificate certified by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes.
