Elite Management Training Institute (EMTI), the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a training course in Human Resource Management Skills
EMTI has proven, beyond any doubt, its firm resolution to provide the best, the most effective, and market demanded training courses to its trainees who have put their trust in this trustworthy institute through accommodating all areas of training not the least of which was a training course in Human Resource Management Skills it has recently conducted in its headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
The course was conducted over a period of two days and at a teaching volume of 6 hours a day on the 06th to 07th of January, 2016.
The training course tackled several topics ranging from the roles and responsibilities of Human Resource Management, effective planning and organization, the way to achieve high performance, how to write a job description and communicate effectively, the recruitment and selection process, behavioral patterns, effective training, motivation methods, advanced evaluation and assessment skills, personnel development, to name a few.
The training course was conducted at EMTI’s headquarters in Mina Road, Abu Dhabi and led by Ms. Wafa Mousa, Academic Director of EMTI, who is holding the Master of General Management with Honors and the Bachelor of Business Administration from Al Hosn University. Ms. Mousa is also a Registered Nurse with more than ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development & Management and is one of the founders of EMTI and General Manager of Elite Legal Translation Services.
The trainees receive at the end of the course a completion certificate certified by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes and recognized by the British institute “Institute of Leadership and Management” (ILM).
