Elite Management Training Institute, the Abu Dhabi based leading educational institution in the provision of quality and distinguished training, has recently concluded a Customer Service Skills course in improving students skills at the EMTI headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
Out of its pursuit of the factual embodiment of its slogan “listening, tailoring, and developing”, EMTI has concluded an training course in Customer Service Skills over a period of Three days given at a teaching speed of two hours a day at EMTI headquarters out of EMTI pursuit of making things easy for the students by training them at their study place to save them time and effort,The course came as a result of several visits made by the Institute’s representatives to all the schools in Abu Dhabi, which indicates the Institute’s keenness to strengthen the relations with schools as a pioneer educational institution that pursue, the way we do, provision of enablers the builders of the future might need; not to mention the marketing campaigns carried out by an experienced team that is specialized in this kind of activity in commercial centers and malls to acquaint the people more and more with the quality of our product and the importance of education and knowledge.
Under the supervision of Ms. Wafa Mousa, Academic Director of EMTI, who is holding the Master of General Management with Honors and the Bachelor of Business Administration from Al Hosn University Ms. Mousa is also a Registered Nurse with more than ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development & Management and is one of the founders of EMTI and General Manager of Elite Legal Translation Services,At the end of the course, trainees receive a completion certificate certified by Abu Dhabi Center for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET), the government body in charge of the licensing and supervision of training institutes.
