About the course
Incident/Accident investigation and analysis are a critical element of safety management. The overriding purpose for an organization in carrying out incident investigation is prevention of similar incidents as well as seeking a general improvement in the management of health and safety.
A more careful investigation should have revealed that the accidents were caused by a lack of management control due to inadequacies in the SH&E programme, standards, compliance, monitoring of work, etc.

Each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Assessment Form to determine their current level and objectives for attending the course. The content of such Form will be used by the trainer only to give tailored training that is focused on each group of delegates.

Each delegate will be asked to complete an Individual Development Plan and Vocational Completion Certificate.
