About the course This training provides participants with an appreciation of the significance of fire safety and their responsibilities so that they can act in a competent manner in the event of fire to minimize risk and injuries and to aid in the prevention of the spread of fire.

- Apply a practical knowledge and skills on fire warden
- Discuss fire statistics and impacts of fire as well as fire anatomy
- Explain the duties and responsibilities of fire wardens
- Employ fire prevention techniques and equipment
- Demonstrate fire extinguishing methods and practice evacuation procedures
- Recognize fire safety checks and staff induction
- Practice fire warden in a professional manner

This course is beneficial for Fire warden personnel and those individuals who are in charged with fire safety.
Course Duration and Assessment
The training is one day
Participants are evaluated through Instructor observation of the reasonable performance of skills. Performance and written evaluations are available and optional for use. Further, an International HSE Council Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course
