Training Description
This 4 day IOSH Managing Safely course is designed for non-health and safety personnel who have to manage risk and resources. It is also suitable for those with responsibility for health & safety. It is designed to provide an overview on health & safety based on risk-based approach to prevent accidents in the workplace.

This course is suitable for Managers, supervisors and any individual with responsibilities in health & safety in any sector and any organization. It is designed to get managers up to speed on the practical actions they need to take to handle health and safety in their teams.

Course Duration and Assessment
The training is 4 days plus 1 day for examinations. The assessment consists of: multiple choice exam and project assignment.
Material given during the training: [DVD’s and Case Studies will be used during this course to illustrate examples of good and bad change implementation processes].
Before the course
Each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Assessment Form to determine their current level and objectives for attending the course. The content of such Form will be used by the trainer only to give tailored training that is focused on each group of delegates.
At the end of the course
Each delegate will be asked to complete an Individual Development Plan and Vocational Completion Certificate.
