Training Description
This training is designed to help you improve your performance in the IELTS test, as well as your understanding and production of the English language overall. You will improve your understanding of written and spoken English, improve your pronunciation and gain confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing and you will also develop a greater awareness of grammar structure and vocabulary, in order to communicate more fluently and effectively in English.
The Intensive course focus on communicative language skills for listening and speaking. They are designed to increase your knowledge of vocabulary, idioms and grammar. This course is for all who wants to make rapid progress.
Who Should Attend?
This course is suitable for those who are 18 years or over, have a level in English equivalent to CEFR B1/IELTS 4.5 or above on entry, and who require this international qualification to verify their language skills for entry to university/college of further education or for a future employer.
Training Objectives
- Apply and gain a comprehensive knowledge and skills on Intensive IELTS
- Prepare candidates to take the IELTS by discussing, practicing, and analyzing each section of the test;
- Improve candidates’ IELTS test-taking skills and strategies in each section of the test
- Review particular grammatical patterns that occur regularly on the IELTS
- Simulate actual test-taking conditions so that the candidates become familiar with and more comfortable with test situations
- Learn the scoring procedures for the exam so that you can interpret your own test scores
- Improve the quality and quantity of writing you produce under time pressure

Pre-Requisite
There are no formal English requirements for entry into the Intensive IELTS course. However, it is advisable to learn some Basic English expressions in order to make the transition to classes easier. Hence, you will need to be able to show that you have done 3 – 6 years of high school in your home country.
Each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Assessment Form to determine their current level and objectives for attending the course. The content of such form will be used by the trainer only to give tailored training that is focused on each group of delegates.
