Training Description
This course aims to help you fine tune the way you interact with others which can be the key to your workplace success. Whether communicating under pressure, managing challenging relationships or looking to build lasting rapport, your style and interpersonal competence can make or break your chances of achieving your objectives. Communication is the quintessential competency that empowers professionals to function effectively. It provides a solid foundation for every modern management skill, including the ability to lead, motivate, organize, control and manage conflict. Communication also provides the groundwork for every personal improvement theory, from Emotional Intelligence, to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to Win-Win negotiations. Academically, the subject of communication branches out into several disciplines. In this course, you develop advanced skills in business communication, as well as public speaking and presentations in the workplace.

Before the course
Each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Assessment Form to determine their current level and objectives for attending the course. The content of such Form will be used by the trainer only to give tailored training that is focused on each group of delegates.
At the end of the course
Each delegate will be asked to complete an Individual Development Plan and Vocational Completion Certificate
