Training Description
Communication means are an important tool to others that we all use on a daily basis. Therefore, training on how to understand the communication language and use it in an effective manner may largely improve our relations with others within your family, your colleagues or others. It also helps you deal with different situations faced in work. This practical course will help you easily learn the art and secrets of the communication language and how to master it.
Training Objectives
Each attendee who will complete this training will gain the following outcomes:-
- Provide a set of concepts that help a person communicate and reincarnate certain conditions to express their personality and psychological condition. At the same time knowing the conditions and circumstances of the other party.
- How to show people certain expressions in parts of their body in order to give others an impression of themselves and learn how to communicate and clarify the information, especially if those people are in a difficult confrontation where they lack words.
- Find the truth or lies in the statement of the other party through movements of parts of their body and take into consideration how to deal and communicate with the concerned person later.
- Clarify the forms of sincere smiles and fake smiles until the person is fully aware of the psychology of the other party, is able to read a person’s face from its features and give him the opportunity to think and then address the main issue with a tactful manner.
- How to communicate with difficult personalities.
- Rescue situations when the other party loses interest in what you are saying, as well as recognizing the signs on willingness in the other party and learning how to attract them into the conversation, whether by asking questions or telling jokes to ease the tension.
- Identify the opinion of someone or their exaggeration, and deal with changes that occur in a moment during negotiations.
