This course is designed to make sure the employee and the organization are focused on the same priorities. It touches on the organization itself by improving production and reducing waste. It helps the employee or individual set and meet their goals and improves the employee-manager relationship. The key in keeping an organization and employee aligned, which improves performance and productivity, is Performance Management.

This course will bring consistency in applying performance management within the business, helping managers and team leaders recognize their role and contribution to effectively manage performance and conduct at work.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for line managers, team leaders and supervisors who are or will be responsible for the use and application of performance management and appraisal techniques.
