Training Description 

In industry and elsewhere there have been great leaders but were they born or created to lead group’s teams and major organizations. Managing and Leading require certain traits and skills that motivate and create the drive to succeed in their business objectives. Management and leadership skills and abilities need to be developed and self-assessed periodically for performance and further development and progression.

This course has been specifically designed to enhance the delegate capabilities to promote and develop the key managerial competencies identified as appropriate and desirable for this level of management. It also help in the process to broaden the delegate’s managerial perspective.

Training Objectives

Each attendee who will complete this training will gain the following outcomes:-

Each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Assessment Form to determine their current level and objectives for attending the course. The content of such Form will be used by the trainer only to give tailored training that is focused on each group of delegates.

At the end of the course

Each delegate will be asked to complete an Individual Development Plan and Vocational Completion Certificate
