Procurement function comprises of all activities starting from need analysis to supplier identification, finalization, contract, determining service level, contract management and follow up. This course offers a great deal of procurement know-how applicable to every type of business, emphasizing real-world, time-tested solutions for the challenges facing distribution and manufacturing companies.
